Cancellation Policy

Welcome to DJ Nonna’s! We are thrilled to bring the ultimate Calabrese-style pizza and "Live DJ Beats" experience to your next event. To ensure a seamless, safe, and unforgettable celebration, please review our booking policy below. By paying your booking deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Booking Confirmation & Payments Quotes: All quotes generated via our online system or email are valid for 7 days. Securing Your Date: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time in our calendar. Bookings remain tentative and dates may be offered to other clients until this deposit is received. Final Balance: The remaining balance is strictly due 14 days prior to your event. Minimum Spend: All events are subject to the minimum spend outlined in your initial quote. If your guest numbers drop, the minimum spend will still apply. 2. Guest Numbers, Dietaries & Playlists Final Details: We require your final guest count, all dietary requirements (e.g., Gluten-Free, Vegan), and your final DJ playlist/MC requests 14 days prior to the event. Allergen Notice: While we cater to standard dietary requirements and take the utmost care, our mobile kitchen processes flour, dairy, and meat. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment for severe anaphylaxis. Extra Guests: If unexpected guests arrive and are catered for on the day, an invoice for the additional per-head cost will be issued post-event, payable within 3 days. We do not offer refunds for guests who fail to attend. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens. If you need to change your plans, the following conditions apply: Cancellations more than 30 days out: The 25% deposit is forfeited, but no further charges apply. Cancellations between 15 and 30 days out: 50% of the total booking fee will be charged. Cancellations within 14 days of the event: 100% of the total booking fee is retained, as food stock has been ordered, prep has commenced, and staff have been rostered. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event with at least 21 days' written notice. Your deposit will be transferred to a new mutually agreed date within 6 months of the original booking.
